Tourist Pics

We hired a car and drove halfway round the island. The weather was so changeable and the roads got so bad that we didn't actually get to see any of the big tourist sights. So I had to make them up.

I don't do anything. I just eat images.

Sex, Guise and maybe some Videotape - Cross Gallery for Dublin Culture night

Oil on canvas. Part of a series of forensics drawings and paintings that I started this year. This one was chosen for the 'Sex, Guise and maybe some Videotape' exhibition in the Cross Gallery on Francis Street. I also made a large photo installation (below) for the show.

I found a way to transfer the ink from newspapers onto paint. Unfortunately it only worked well half the time and I was destroying my images. This one worked out well though.
